My advice would be similar to anyone new, coming from a prior Franchise Owner. Being hands-on in your business is what is required to be successful. You are not working minimum wage anymore or getting paid to sit behind a desk. You are an Entrepreneur and have the ability to impact your business every single day. Go to Sherwin Williams to watch, learn and stick your hand into a can of paint. Ask for help, find a mentor, be an aggressive sponge and you will rock your goals and make good money!
